Truly superb family break away to chill out and relax and see the sites of Devon from a fantastic location with top star accommodation. There was Everything to hand at Woodpecker Barn that a family of 5 could possibly need , warm and cosy rooms, fully kitted out kitchen and bathrooms, made it an easy and relaxed family January Vacation. The facilities of the well equipped games room and lovely warm swimming pool made it extra special for our 3 young children. Throughly would recommend.

Wow - Woodpecker Barn was an amazing home for us (2 adults + 4 children under 9 yo) for a week. The Barn had everything we needed and much more: very well equipped kitchen; large living space; extremely comfy beds; brilliant showers; - there was even a stock of books, games and good old-fashioned DVDs! The swimming pool was a huge hit with the kids and whilst available to others it was just us for every one of our swims. There is a pleasant garden area & a big kids play area. Not forgetting a shared games room with pool, table tennis, etc. This really is 5 star accommodation and my family had the best of stays. Very highly recommended. P.s. The nearby South Devon Railway was a fantastic day out!

"Family Christmas. Plenty of space, very clean. Kitchen/Dining area perfect size. Kitchen equipment (top class) you can actually use (unlike other places!). Clean, great views, close to pool, park. Children loved the table tennis, table football and the Swimming pool (Heated) was used every day. We would love to return."

"Woodpecker is a lovely property. It has everything youneed, in excellent decorative order. It was clean, warm and welcoming. The site is equally as well maintained. The pool and playbarn were both great, suitable for all ages. Woodpecker Barn has its own private outside space, safe and secure. Lovely patio table and chairs are available with lovely views over open countryside."

"We stayed for a few nirghts and had a great time. The cottage is so well equipped, we have two toddlers and they had everything we needed. Everything for the children has been thought of. The cottage itself is extremely clean, well decorated and all the little extras like washing up liquid, cleaning cloths and even cligh film and kitchen foil make it very easy to settle in. It's bedrooms are wel sized and the bathrooms have good showers!"

"We had a lovely stay at Woodpecker Barn, it was perfect for both parents and the children. The location is suitable for days out. If you want a relaxing break with the family, this is the place to go! Boild the kettle and enjoy a nice cuppa in the garden whilst listening to the sheep chewing the grass!! Bliss"
